What should I do if my internet service is still down after the outage has been resolved?

If your internet service is still not working after you have been notified that the outage has been resolved, we ask that you first power cycle

How to power cycle your modem:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the modem. All the lights on the modem should be OFF.

  2. Wait 1 full minute before plugging the power cord back into the modem and wait for the power light, phone light and internet light to turn green.

Now try using your Wi-Fi connected devices to test if your internet service is working
