Can I change my nbn® plan?

Yes, you can! You can change your nbn® plan at any time, free of charge, whether youre upgrading or downgrading, via our Self Care Portal.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Login to the Self-Care Portal.
  2. Hover over the Internet tab and select Manage my nbn® from the dropdown.
  3. Click the Manage button (with an arrow) on the far left of your screen.
  4. Find and click the red Change Plan button.
  5. Select your preferred plan from the Select New Speed dropdown list.
  6. Click Submit Order to finalize your request.

Your new nbn® plans monthly fee will be reflected in your next invoice after the plan change.
