How do I activate my new SIM card(s)?

Manage your Services in our Self Care Portal

To get started, follow these easy steps:

  1. Head to the Self Care Portal and login
  2. Navigate to the Mobile tab and select Activate
  3. Youll then see your SIM card(s) that need to be activated.

Once you submit your SIM card for activation, the activation/porting process will start. When transferring an existing number this process typically takes 2-3 hours during our porting times.

Our porting times are:

  • Monday to Friday - 8 am to 8 pm
  • Saturday - 10 am to 6 pm

Once the activation/porting is done, we'll send you an email and SMS to confirm that your mobile SIM is ready for use!

Please note: We recommend waiting until your activation is complete and confirmed before physically switching the SIM cards placed in your device.
