How do I cancel my mobile/mobile broadband service?

Our mobile SIM-only and mobile broadband data plans are all no lock-in contract so you're free to cancel at any time but, we recommend you align your cancellation date with your plan's refresh date to avoid additional charges and to get the most out of your plan.

If you are cancelling due to a billing or technical issue, we ask you to contact our customer service or technical support team on 1800 211 112 to work through this issue and find a resolution for you! We'd love for you to stay in the Tangerine family.

- 8AM – 8PM, WEEKENDS PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AEST

To cancel your mobile/mobile broadband service:

1. Login to the Self Care Portal

2. Hover over the Mobile tab and select Mobile Services' from the dropdown

3. Select the 'View' button against the applicable mobile service

4. Select the 'Cancel Service' button and fill out the required fields before submitting your request.
