How do I check my mobile usage?

Manage your Services in our Self Care Portal

You can view your live mobile usage in the Self Care Portal an following these steps:

1. Log into the Self Care Portal

2. Navigate to the Mobile tab and click Active Mobile Services from the dropdown

3. Click the View button against the mobile service you want to check, and it will be displayed on the screen under plan data.



We will send you a usage alert via SMS when you reach around 50%, 85% and 100% of your monthly mobile plans data allowance.

If you use all your mobile data and need more data before your allowance renews, you can purchase a mobile add on. Check out our FAQ for how to purchase a data add-on
