How do I set up or change my direct debit details ?

Managing your bank details is available on our Self Help Portal.

You may use your credit card or bank account for direct debit.

1. Head to the $ Payment tab at the top of the page.

2. Click on Direct Debit Setup and select whether you want to use a credit card or bank account.

3. Depending on whether you select credit card or bank account, youll need to update the following details

a. Credit Card: Card Number, Expiration, CCV and Full Name.
Note: credit card surcharges of 1% for VISA/Mastercard and 2% for AMEX are applicable.

b. Bank Account: Account Name, BSB, Account Number and Bank Name.
Note: bank accounts do not have surcharges.

4. Then click on Update to save the changes.
