How do I update my contact details for Portal log in?

If you anticipate any changes to your contact details, we recommend logging into the Portal and updating them in advance. This proactive step will ensure uninterrupted access to the Portal.

If your contact details have already changed and you are unable to receive a verification code via email or mobile, please call our Customer Service team at 1800 211 112. They will assist you in updating your details and restoring your Portal access.
