What do I do if I have an active FTTN or FTTC service with a different provider but want to order a fibre upgrade with Tangerine?

If you have an active FTTN or FTTC service with a different provider, you can still order a fibre upgrade with Tangerine. We recommend that you dont cancel your existing FTTN or FTTC service with your current provider until you have been upgraded to FTTP so youre not left without an nbn® service

Please note that it may take 1-3 weeks to complete your fibre upgrade depending on the availability of the nbn® technicians in your area.
