When do charges start for my service?

Monthly charges will start for your service when nbn® is activated at your property. We will email you when this activation is complete, and charges will begin from this date

Please note that this is not the same as the date that you plug in your nbn® modem. As such we recommend plugging in your modem as soon as you receive the confirmation email from us so you can make the most of your nbn® plan.
